GaGa Oo Lala...

Last month I went to a Lady GaGa concert. It was amazing!!! I wanted to do a dramatic eye to match my outfit. I should have posted this look sooner, but I've been really busy lately.

I used three different shadows to create this look. I started with a light shimmery silver in the inner corner by L'Oreal. It's an older duo I got from their Wear Infinite line called Sterling.
I then used MAC's Creme De Violet all over my lid. It's a beautiful violet purple with hints of gold glitter.
Next, I used Beauty Marked by MAC in the crease and outer corner. This color is a black powder base with magenta glitter.
I finished with MAC Fluidline in Blacktrack winging it out in the corner.
For the lashes I used Benefit Bad Gal mascara and then applied fake lashes by Ardell. This was my first attempt at fake lashes and I believe I did a good job!

Here is my finished look and the top that inspired this eye!

For Audrey...

I absolutely love anything related to Tiffany's. I adore Breakfast at Tiffany's, hope for a Tiffany's ring one day, and of course the Tiffany's color is amazing. So obviously, I just love the polish For Audrey by China Glaze.

I used For Audrey as my base. My bottle is getting old so the polish went on a little glomy, thus making my mani far from perfect. Also, for those of you who don't own For Audrey, the color isn't exactly the Tiffany's blue shade. It dries a little bit darker, like a dusty turquoise.
I stamped the bow using Konad plate m59. I thought bows would be appropriate for something as girly as the Tiffany's color.

Sunset Eye

This eye always reminds me of a warm summer sunset. It's a really great everyday look.

This look consists of three colors. MAC Straw Harvest (a lovely peachy gold) in the inner corner, MAC Hot Hot Hot (gorgeous coral) in the outer corner. I blended the two to meet in the middle. I wanted the colors to look like they melt into the next.
Then I used MAC Texture in the crease to add a little extra definition.
Also, I always forget to mention eyeliner and mascara. Most of my pictures I used Benefit Bad Gal liner and mascara. When I'm not being lazy I prefer to do a liquid or gel eyeliner. However, I always seem to be lazy ;)

Essie Cute As A Button Flowery Nails

I love cute flowery nails so I thought this would be a great nail of the day.

The polish is Cute as a Button (perfect for cute nails!) by Essie. I used Konad plate m61 with Konad special polish in mint green. Really easy since the design is an all over nail design.

L'Oreal HIP Flashy

This eye look is a really simple look. I like to do this when I want a natural look but with a little pop of color.

I did this look using L'Oreal HIP eyeshadow duo in Flashy. I used the cream color all over the eyelid and the green in the corner. I blended the two together, avoiding any harsh lines, with a fluffy brush. Then just a bit of light brown in the crease. I used the color Texture by MAC.

Revlon Minted Konad

I have been loving the mint green nail trend this season. I wanted to do a simple Konad design to accent my mint green nails!

The polish is Minted by Revlon. I used the fishnet tip design on Konad plate m45. For some reason this is the only good picture I had of this mani. Please excuse it.

Strawberry Nails Forever

This was one of my first Konad designs I ever tried done several months ago. Now, it's definitely not perfect, but I still think it's really cute and worth sharing!

I used the polish Cajun Shrimp by OPI. I stamped the strawberry design using Konad plate m55. When I had these nails I kept singing "strawberry nails forever..." lol!

Peacock Eye

This look was inspired by a peacock feather hair pin I have. I wanted eyes to match it!

I used three colors from the L'Oreal HIP collection.
I started with a dark purple from the duo "Reckless" in my inner corner. In the middle I applied the dark blue from the duo "Showy". Then in the outer corner I applied the dark green from the duo "Flashy".
I then used a fluffy brush to blend them all together. I wanted to make it look like each color flows into the next, so blending is key. I then applied a little black eyeshadow in the crease just to tie it all together.
